JagBT 2.0 goes in the dashboard, behind the stereo. JagBT Vision goes in the boot, at the navigation DVD drive. Choose yours to see its steps.
Goes behind the stereo in the centre console. About half an hour with three ordinary tools, and one 6mm hole for the toggle switch.
Goes in line at the navigation DVD drive, under the left hand boot carpet. For cars with the factory sat nav.
Nothing is spliced and nothing is soldered, but you will drill one hole for the toggle switch.
A T30 torx screwdriver, a Philips screwdriver and a drill with a 6mm bit.
Before you start, check your speaker setup. The standard audio package takes JagBT 2.0 and cars equipped with the Alpine premium system take JagBT 3.0, so it is worth a minute to be sure which one you have.
Eleven o'clock from the cigar lighter is the best position for the toggle switch. Drill the hole about 5 to 7mm off the lighter housing.
Drill the ashtray while it is still mounted, not after you have taken it out.
Gently pull the gearstick gaiter up and open the ashtray door to reveal two Philips screws. Undo them, take the ashtray out and disconnect its two connectors.
Pull the hazard light bezel towards you while rocking it up and down, then undo the four T30 screws. Some early models have two T30 screws and two 8mm nuts.
Pull the stereo out and disconnect the hazard light, heated seat and climate control connectors.
Find the gap behind and under the stereo. You may take out the insulation foam there to give JagBT better air flow. Put JagBT in the gap with its longer side parallel to the floor, the fan outlet facing the gear stick and nothing blocking it.
Plug the connector you took off the stereo into JagBT, and plug JagBT's second connector into the stereo. Connect the microphone now, before anything goes back together. Then reconnect the remaining connectors, refit the stereo and its screws, and tidy up.
Turn the ignition to position I. On your phone, look for a new device named "Bluetooth Audio" and connect to it.
Switch over to JagBT, press play and enjoy. You can set the volume from your phone.

For cars with the factory sat nav. JagBT Vision plugs in between the car's connector and the DVD drive, and the camera picture appears on the original screen when you select reverse. No coding, and no cutting of the vehicle harness.
In the box: the JagBT Vision module, the camera and the correct hole saw drill bit.
Lift the left hand boot carpet, undo the rack's four 10mm bolts and one 8mm bolt, and pull the rack forward.
Undo the four Torx T25 screws and slide the drive forward until its connectors are easy to reach.
Unplug the white connector from the drive, plug it into JagBT Vision, then plug JagBT Vision into the drive.
The camera's RCA video and jack connectors both go to the JagBT Vision module.
Disconnect the rear left light cluster connector and make the connections for your car, shown below.
Mount the camera and route its wiring to the boot, away from sharp edges, moving parts and heat.
Drive, screws, rack, bolts and carpet go back in the reverse order.
Ignition on, select reverse, and the camera picture appears on the factory screen.
