These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in them reduces your legal rights as a consumer.

How the contract is made
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been despatched. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or because it will not fit your car, we will tell you and will not charge you.
The goods
JagBT products are aftermarket accessories for the Jaguar X-Type, S-Type and XJ (X350). They are not made by, supplied by or endorsed by Jaguar Land Rover.
Photographs on this site are of the actual product. Because every unit is tested in a real car before it is sent, the case may carry light handling marks. This is not a defect and does not affect how the unit works.
Checking that it fits
JagBT works with the standard factory audio package. It does not work in cars fitted with the Alpine premium sound system, which already contains its own amplifier. Before ordering, please use our speaker identification guide or send us a photograph and we will check for you.
If you order for an Alpine car by mistake, this is not a fault in the goods. Your 14 day right to cancel still applies in full, but the return postage is yours to pay. See delivery and returns.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product pages. We take payment when your order is placed. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you confirm. Prices exclude any import duty or local tax outside the UK, which is payable by you.
If we have made an obvious pricing error we will contact you before despatching, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Delivery and risk
Delivery times are given in good faith and are estimates. The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.
Fitting
Our fitting guide and videos are provided in good faith to help you. Fitting involves removing trim and drilling one hole in the ashtray for the toggle switch. You are responsible for deciding whether to do the work yourself or to have it done by an auto electrician, and for doing it safely. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, but this does not affect your rights if the product itself is faulty.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Your 14 day right to cancel, our 30 day returns policy and your rights over faulty goods are set out in full on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.
We do not supply the goods for business use, and we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control. If such an event happens we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or, if the delay is long, let you cancel for a full refund.

Complaints
Please email infojagbt.com and we will try to resolve matters quickly. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or take the matter to court.
General
We may transfer our rights under these terms to another business, and your rights will not be affected. You may only transfer yours with our written agreement. If a court finds any part of these terms unlawful, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing these terms is not a waiver of them.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and consumers elsewhere keep any mandatory protections of their own country's law.
